DEPOSITS
• A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to hold any reservation.
• Full balance is due 1 week before check-in.
• You must be 21 years of age or older to book cabin.

• We do not allow pets.
• No hunting on the property.
• There is no phone in the cabin. Please bring a cell phone if you need this service.

POLICIES
• Sieri Glen Cabin sleeps 1 - 12 guests with a maximum occupancy of 12 guests
• Sidney Nook Treehouse sleeps 1 - 4 guests with a maximum occupancy of 4 guests
• 2 night minimum on all bookings
• 3 night minimum on all Holidays Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
• In season rate applies to December 22nd-30th
• New Year's Eve 3 night minimum $575 per night
PAYMENTS
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, money orders, cashier checks, and cash.
• No personal, or out of state checks will be accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
* A $50 processing fee will be charged for ALL Cancellations.
• If reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to stay, your deposit will be refunded, minus the $50 processing fee.
• If reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to stay, you will forfeit your entire deposit. No Exceptions.
• If reservation is cancelled with less than 7 days notice and we are unable to re-book the cabin, you will be responsible for the entire balance owed.
WEATHER AND ROAD CONDITIONS
Hocking Hills is beautiful in the winter, however, at times weather can be extreme, unfortunately, we cannot return deposits due to road or weather conditions. In case of cancellation, late arrival, or early departure due to weather, no refund will be given. Roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drive is well maintained, however we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or snow chains during the winter months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
